Product Manager

Naq is looking for a Product Manager to join our world-class team. You will form an integral part of our team to ensure our product is the best compliance and security product in Europe and the UK, as well as help our customers with any compliance- or security related questions.

Our product manager has at least 2 years of experience in working with the implementation of the GDPR, ISO27001 and cybersecurity measures. You will take the initiative to improve and add to the security policies and training courses in our app. You will have the freedom to suggest new features and coordinate their development. On top of that, you will be responsible for working with our clients, one-on-one, to ensure their security and compliance needs are met and to give them the best experience possible.

You will also be responsible for answering legal and cybersecurity questions, assisting our clients with filling out supply-chain due diligence questionnaires, reviewing NDAs and processing agreements, and more.

This role will start out as a remote role, but Naq is moving to a hybrid form of working. Before the end of the year, we will likely open an office in the London area. If the perfect candidate for this role is outside of that area, however, we will not be geograph-ist!

This is a permanent position.


  • Review, revise and create new IT security, GRC and ISO 27001 policies;
  • Review, revise and create new training courses;
  • Create and manage phishing campaigns;
  • Managing our customer accounts
    - Answering (second-line) legal and cybersecurity questions
    - Assisting with supply-chain due diligence questionnaires
    - Reviewing NDAs and processing agreements
    - Making our customers ISO 27001 ready (developing documentation and implementing measures)
  • Knowledge of implementation and management of information security within an organisation
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 clauses, controls and the implementation thereof
  • Understanding of the EU and UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act
  • Knowledge of cloud security
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to keep to deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal ability
  • Customer-facing skills
  • Knowledge of penetration testing (desirable but not required)
  • Knowledge of AWS (desirable but not required)
  • Knowledge of Cyber Essentials (desirable but not required)

  • Cyber Essentials qualification (desirable but not required)
