Partner programme

Naq does the groundwork. You bring the judgement and the relationship.

Compliance automation for consultancies, auditors and managed service providers. Naq gathers the evidence and tracks each framework your clients hold, so your team spends its time on advice and sign-off.

How the work divides

How the work divides between Naq and your team.

Naq automates

  • Evidence gathering and document chasing
  • Tracking against each framework
  • Ongoing monitoring and repeat checks
  • A live view of every client's position

You provide

  • Advice and interpretation
  • Sign-off and assurance
  • The client relationship
  • First-line support for your clients

Naq covers frameworks such as DTAC, DCB 0129 and DCB 0160, DSPT, Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001. Naq is software only.

Who it suits

The partners Naq fits best.

01

Compliance and certification consultancies

Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001 and Defence Cyber Certification. Naq collects, versions and retains evidence against the controls, so each assessment starts from a complete pack.

02

Healthcare regulatory consultancies

DTAC, DCB 0129 and DCB 0160, DSPT and quality management. Naq holds the document sets and evidence, so you run more engagements and serve smaller clients.

03

Assurance and managed security firms

Audit, certification, testing and managed programmes. Naq adds continuous monitoring and a live view of each client between audits.

Your service

What changes in your service.

Less admin per client

Your people spend their hours on advice and sign-off instead of chasing documents.

More clients per person

The same team looks after more clients without lowering quality.

Smaller clients worth serving

A lighter managed service works for clients who cannot fund a full engagement.

Service after the audit

Monitoring runs between engagements, so you spot drift early.

A clearer story for the client

Clients see their position at any time, so your reporting is simpler.

You keep the relationship

You are the face of the service and the first line of support.

The commercial case

Earn more from each client, and serve more of them.

Better margin

You earn margin on the licence and keep your service fee. Naq takes on the manual groundwork, so each engagement costs less to deliver.

More clients

Evidence is gathered and tracked in the platform, so the same team runs more engagements. Smaller clients become worth serving.

Higher-value work

With the groundwork done, your time goes to advice, interpretation and sign-off, the work clients value most.

What we hear

Prospects tell us consultant-only quotes for a DTAC run to around £20k.

Auditors tell us the DCC spreadsheet alone is 400 to 500 lines of answers.

Buyers tell us they want someone who knows the framework alongside the software.

What else you get

What else partners get.

A recurring revenue line

Earn margin on the licence for every client you bring, on top of your own service fee.

Built for UK regulation

DTAC, DCB 0129 and DCB 0160, DSPT and DCC, the frameworks UK buyers ask suppliers to hold.

Ready for DCC

Controls are mapped to DCC requirements and reviewed with a certification partner. Evidence is versioned and retained.

Training and a named contact

Your team learns the platform in depth, with a Naq contact for anything that is not a ticket.

Referrals to you

Clients who need advice or a virtual Clinical Safety Officer are passed to you, rather than to a competing Naq service.

Integration on the roadmap

API access is planned. Consultancies have asked for it.

What buyers ask for

Buyers ask for software with a person behind it.

Option one

Software alone

Leaves the client to run the platform themselves, and many platforms look the same.

Option two

A consultant alone

Expensive and manual. Prospects tell us the manual work is what wears them down.

What buyers ask for

Software plus your service

Software gets the client most of the way and a person handles the rest.

A ticket moves on only when the party before it cannot resolve it. The answer comes back the same way, to you.

Naq engineering

Third line: engineering fixes

  • Only named partner contacts log tickets
  • Compliance advice is not support: it sits with your service
  • Outages and security incidents go to all partners directly

Naq gives you what you need to triage well.

01

A ticket portal

Required fields, so incomplete tickets cannot be submitted.

02

Trained, named contacts

Two or three support contacts per partner, trained by Naq.

03

Triage tools

A knowledge base, a triage checklist and release notes ahead of each release.

04

A named Naq contact

A partner contact for anything that is not a ticket.

Response targets are set between Naq and you. You set your own service levels with your clients.

Commercial models

Sell throughNaq with the end client

Sell toYou invoice your client as part of your managed service
Sell throughNaq invoices the end client
Who pays Naq
Sell toYou, at list price less your discount
Sell throughThe end client, at Naq's price

Sell throughNaq passes your margin back
Naq's data protection role
Sell toSub-processor to you
Sell throughProcessor to the end client

Your discount includes an allowance for first-line support. The agreement names it separately from your margin.

Choose the model that fits how you already work.

Sell to

  • Suits partners that already bill their clients
  • One contract and one invoice for you, however many clients
  • You set your own price and package Naq into your service
  • Naq has no direct relationship with your client

Sell through

  • Suits partners that prefer to refer and earn margin
  • No resale risk and no billing for you
  • Naq invoices the client and passes your margin back
  • Your clients sign Naq's terms, and Naq holds the contract

Data protection

The data protection chain follows the contracts.

Sell through

End client (controller) to Naq (processor)

You are a separate processor, appointed by the client.

The client signs with Naq: order form, data processing agreement, partner authorisation, permission to share commercial information, and a partner change clause.

Sell to

End client (controller) to you (processor) to Naq (sub-processor)

Naq is a sub-processor to you.

Naq signs with you: reseller agreement, sub-processor data processing agreement, and confirmation that your client contracts name Naq as an authorised sub-processor.

Sign a mutual NDA and the partner agreement

02
